14-Day Return Rights (UK Consumers): Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, email us at sateerahattire@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and in a re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or worn abayas, items with perfume, makeup, or signs of wear, personalised/customised items, and sale items are non-returnable.

Return Postage: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

7. Cancellations

 

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the returns procedure (Section 6).
