Shipping policy

At Sateerah Attire, we aim to dispatch your modest wear efficiently and reliably.

 

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

 

  • Standard Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders Placed After 3pm: These will be processed the next working day.

  • Busy Periods: During high-demand times (sales, holidays), dispatch may take up to 3–4 working days.

  • Weekends & Bank Holidays: Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays and will be processed the next working day.

 

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

 

Delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

3. Tracking Information

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at sateerahattire@gmail.com.

 

4. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location.

  • Delivery option selected (Standard or Express).

  • Parcel weight.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is faulty.

 

5. Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

 

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.

Sateerah Attire is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Missed delivery attempts.

  • Courier redelivery issues.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed collection, you may need to pay the postage fee again for re-delivery.

 

6. Delays Outside Our Control

 

Delivery times are estimates. Sateerah Attire is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, extreme weather, or seasonal high volumes.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

  • Lost Parcels: If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery window. We will open an investigation with the courier, and replacements or refunds will be issued once the investigation is complete.

  • Damaged Parcels: For damaged parcels, please send photos of the packaging and item within 48 hours of delivery.
