1. 14-Day Return Rights (UK Consumers)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To start a return:

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

With all tags and labels attached.

In a re-sellable condition.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
3. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items cannot be returned:

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or odour (e.g., perfume, makeup).

For hygiene reasons: opened or unsealed items such as underwear, swimwear, or cosmetics (if applicable).

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

We refund the full product price and standard delivery cost (if applicable).

Express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
